Peter Moltoni

Peter Moltoni was the founder and director of M Squared & Associates who headed up the London office and travelled between Perth and London all year round. In June 2019, the Tax Practitioners Board terminated the tax agent registration of Mr Moltoni, following an investigation into his ties to a shell company in the British Virgin Islands. He also failed to disclose his adverse circumstances, which was in breach of requirements under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. Mr Moltoni was a senior director and partner involved in taxation consulting for over 30 years. His primary area of specialisation was in the international taxation arena, predominantly in the oil and gas industry.
