Peter Meurer has a distinguished career of over 40 years in the corporate finance sector and is non-executive chair of Nomura Australia. He joined Nomura Australia in 2009 and prior to that, he was vice chair of Citigroup and Merrill Lynch. Mr Meurer has a strong strategic focus and has forged trusted advisor relationships through the many market-related transactions in which he has been involved in, covering all aspect of corporate finance including equity raisings, debt financing, corporate advisory and M&A. During his tenure at Nomura, he has been involved in domestic and international M&A transactions together with their project financings.
