Peter Marks has over 30 years of experience in corporate advisory and investment banking; specialising in capital raising IPOs, cross-border M&A transactions, corporate underwriting, and venture capital transactions for companies in Australia, the US and Israel.
He has been involved in a broad range of transactions with a special focus in the life sciences, biotechnology, medical technology and the high tech segments.
Mr Marks is also an experienced company director of several entities listed on the ASX, NASDAQ, and AIM markets.
He holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh; and a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma
in Commercial Law from Monash University.
