Peter Keleman has over 25 years of national and international experience in the master planning, design, documentation, contract administration and project management of complex multi-million dollar developments. These include major health, sports and entertainment, education and multi-residential projects. In the government sector, Mr Keleman consults to the State on the new Perth Stadium, new children’s hospital and the Karratha Health Campus, and delivering projects for the Southern Inland Health Initiative (SIHI). He has lead multi-residential projects across Australia, and has international experience on commercial projects in the UK and across Europe. Mr Keleman also collaborates with leading national developers and architects to deliver several $60m+ multi-residential and mixed-use developments, commercial mixed-use projects and feasibility studies. He was the project architect for the Perth Arena Project from 2006-2012, and former chair of the Property Council Planning and Urban Economics Committee.
