Peter Huljich spent a number of years in private practice in Perth before moving to London in 1998 where he worked for several prestigious investment banks including Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Bank, with a focus on commodities, equity and debt capital markets.
He also has extensive African mining, oil and gas and infrastructure experience; gained from residing in Nairobi, Kenya from 2010 until his return to Perth in 2017.
Mr Huljich is a solicitor and had worked with governments, sponsors, venture capital clients, underwriters, borrowers and investment banking teams on structured finance, loan and derivative transactions, and equity & debt capital market instruments covering a wide variety of secured and unsecured financing and structured products. He is also experienced in corporate and insolvency work.
Mr Huljich holds dual degrees in Commerce and Law, is a graduate of the Securities Institute of Australia where he earned National Prizes in Applied Valuation and Financial Analysis, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
