Peter Hughes

Managing Director / APIL

Peter Hughes has over 35 years of experience in the property industry and has established a reputation as one of WA's most respected property professionals. He is the managing director of APIL and has experience as a valuer, consultant and project coordinator for investment acquisitions and commercial and industrial sales. He was a director of Burgess Rawson (WA) from 1994 to 2002. Mr Hughes is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute as a certified practising valuer, holds a Real Estate Agents Licence, and a current triennial real estate agents certificate. He also acts as an ASIC Certified Responsible Manager of APIL.
