Peter Hills leads the tax team in Grant Thornton’s Perth office. He has extensive tax consulting experience across a diverse range of industries (particularly in resources and energy where he heads up the Perth energy & resources team) and business enterprises. Mr Hills has advised both companies and individuals on the tax implications of investing in or relocating to Australia, and investing, relocating or temporarily working overseas. He has extensive experience in the complete design and implementation of employee share schemes for companies and also advises clients in relation to corporate taxation consulting, remuneration planning, business structuring and business acquisitions or sales.
