Peter Gow

Peter Gow has degrees in Engineering and Arts from The University of Western Australia and has postgraduate qualifications in management from Deakin University. He commenced his career as a structural engineer with the Public Works Department in Western Australia and has extensive experience in building design, construction and project management. From project work, Mr Gow specialised in construction contracts and dispute resolution. In 2003, he was appointed to head the Office of Policy and Planning in the Department of Housing and Works where he was responsible for construction industry and housing policy, corporate development and strategic planning and building codes and regulation.
