SRG Group acquires Gibbscorp
SRG Group will become a top 10 insurance broker in Western Australia after finalising the acquisition of Gibbscorp, as two big global competitors pursue their own merger.

Peter Gibbs has over 45 years of insurance industry experience across Australia and internationally, and has held executive positions at Jardine Gibbs Slade and OAMPS.
In 2006, Mr Gibbs formed Gibbscorp and was managing director until its acquisition by SRG Group in June 2021 where he took on a board and strategic development role.
