Peter Evans
Peter Evans was deputy chair of Ramsay Health Care from May 2014 to November 2021, having formerly served as non-executive director since 1990. Mr Evans began working with Ramsay Health Care in 1969.
He is a Chartered Accountant who was in public practice for over 20 years with predecessor firms of KPMG. He specialises in the financial management of hospitals and had extensive experience in the healthcare field for 45 years.
Mr Evans is also a trustee of the Paul Ramsay Foundation and has been actively involved with several other charitable organisations over many years. He was also a director of Prime Media Group until his retirement in November 2014.
