Peter Bowyer

Peter Bowyer is a director of The Civil Group (WA). He is an experienced civil engineer and has been involved in the design and delivery of substantial infrastructure projects including highways and airports. Project roles have included public participation phases, rigorous economic analysis and negotiation of strategies, and funding with government authorities. Mr Bowyer has also led the industry to challenge conventional civil engineering thinking about managing groundwater levels, the amount of sand fill, site classifications, development costs and other current engineering practices.
