Finbar strikes Palmyra deal
The owners of egg producer Golden Egg Farms are set to reap a big profit after striking a deal with apartment developer Finbar Group for a $109 million project in Palmyra.
Peter Bell comes from a third generation poultry farming family, and has been directly involved in the industry for 50 years.
He is managing director of AAA Egg Company, a director of its wholly-owned subsidiary West Coast Eggs, and a director of Novo Foods, Days Eggs and Pure Foods Eggs.
Mr Bell was chair of ASX-listed Farm Pride Foods from May 2008 to September 2015.

The Federal Court has ordered the former managing director of a Western Australian-controlled egg producer to pay a $120,000 penalty for attempting to induce a cartel arrangement between competing producers.
