Paul Ridout

Paul Ridout has a broad career spanning 24 years and a strong track record of delivery in project and operational roles within mining, manufacturing and service industries. His career started at the UK-based blue-chip diversified engineering business Smiths Industries, managing multi-functional project teams for the development of new single-use medical devices. Mr Ridout migrated to Perth in 2001, and has since worked in senior project and operational roles for the RAC Group, CITIC Pacific Mining, Griffin Coal, Fortescue Metals Group and BHP Billiton. He has an honours degree in Industrial Design (Engineering) and achieved PMI certification while at Smiths Industries.
