Paul Pryde

Paul Pryde is the Asia Pacific practice leader of oil, gas & energy activities and human resources consulting at Gerard Daniels. Mr Pryde has over 20 years of experience in the energy and resource sectors. He is active in the upstream, midstream and downstream oil, gas and energy sectors across a wide spectrum of areas including drilling, exploration and geoscience, operations, engineering, transportation, production and refinement, sales and marketing. Mr Pryde has also held senior human resource management roles across the oil and gas industry; has expertise in international executive search across Asia Pacific, EMEA and the Americas; and is skilled in organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development and global mobility. He has worked for a variety of ASX, SGX, FSE and NYSE listed entities, private companies and private equity-backed businesses. Mr Pryde holds an MBA from University of the West of Scotland, and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
