Paul Marinko

Paul Marinko is a barrister and solicitor, admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal and High Courts of Australia in 1993. Mr Marinko has legal, corporate and commercial experience with a particular focus on corporate M&A activity. He has also practised and held partnerships in Australian commercial law firms, and served as company secretary for an Australian public-listed entity. Prior to joining Perilya in 2007, Mr Marinko held executive board roles on a number of Australian and US private companies. In addition to his role as company secretary of Perilya, Mr Marinko is also the company's general counsel and director of its operational subsidiaries.
