Paul Lowney has more than 20 years of experience across all aspects of railway infrastructure in both Australia and Europe. He joined Arc Infrastructure in 2008 and has since led a number of projects including its Midwest Rail Upgrade which increased the rail network’s capacity to support both iron ore and agricultural sectors in the region. The success of the Midwest Rail Upgrade led to his appointment as general manager of infrastructure. As general manager of asset management and projects, Mr Lowney oversees the engineering, asset strategy, planning, and maintenance part of the business.
