Paul Larsen, chief executive of Arc Infrastructure from September 2007 to December 2019, joined Brookfield Rail in 2003 and held several senior commercial positions prior to taking on the leadership role in April 2008 where he oversaw the management of 5,500 kilometres of open access, multi-user rail infrastructure extending throughout the southern half of Western Australia.
