Paul Lakey

Paul Lakey has over 30 years of experience in the property development, infrastructure and construction sectors. He has held executive and senior management positions with listed and private property developers, design consultants, contractors, and project management specialists.

Mr Lakey has been involved in the design, delivery and financial performance of a diverse range of projects from master planned communities to mixed-use, housing, residential apartment and hotel projects throughout Australia, UK, Europe and the Middle East.

He is an executive director of Lakey Management, a boutique management consultancy that provides strategic advisory and management services to the property development and construction sectors.

Mr Lakey had been on the boards of several government entities in Western Australia including Development WA, Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, Landcorp; and was president of the Urban Development Institute of Australia WA. He has been a non-executive director of not-for-profit community housing provider Foundation Housing, and is a founder & non-executive director of media production company Legend Media Group.

Mr Lakey holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering, is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Project Management, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
