Paul Graham

Paul Graham is an experienced insurance lawyer and commercial litigator with expertise in a range of insurance classes including professional indemnity, management liability, directors' and officers' liability, property and business interruption, maritime and construction claims.

Mr Graham practised in South Africa, UK and Australia. He has experience in successful litigation at all judicial levels, from first instance through to appeal before the High Court.

Mr Graham grew up in South Africa, lived in England, married an Australian, and moved to Perth in 2006 where he had since worked for DLA Phillips Fox, Sparke Helmore Lawyers, Jarman McKenna, Clyde & Co.
