Paul Garner has a well rounded knowledge of the oil & gas industry having served on the boards of several public listed companies over the past 15 years. He was an executive director focussing on the capital raising and restructuring of the companies at various stages of their development.
Mr Garner’s history in the oil & gas industry included serving as director of GulfX from 2004 to 2008, executive director of Lion Energy from 2005 to 2007, and executive director of Entek Energy from 2005 to 2008. As an executive director, Mr Garner was instrumental in acquiring the prospect in the Gulf of Mexico that produced the High Island 24L gas discovery in 2006 for Entek.
Prior to his involvement in the oil and gas industry, Mr Garner spent several years in international business, property and equities market.
