Dr Paul Dalgleish has been acting as an advisor to Tempo Australia since April 2019 and became its chief executive in July 2019. He was the managing director of RCR Tomlinson, having joined the company in May 2009 as chief executive officer, until he stepped down in August 2018.
Dr Dalgleish has more than 20 years of experience in executive management roles including as chief executive of United Group Limited Infrastructure (UGLI) and managing director of Montgomery Watson Constructors (Asia).
He holds a Doctorate in Business and an honours degree in Engineering.
