Paul Brittain is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in senior finance and M&A positions within Australia and USA, and in industries spanning construction materials, manufacturing & distribution of building materials, outsourced engineering, property services, asset management and maintenance.
Prior to becoming the executive director and chief financial officer of Ashley Services Group in July 2022, Mr Brittain was the executive general manager of finance at Boral Australia, and chief financial officer of Coates Hire for 3 years. He was previously chief financial officer and acting chief executive of Ashley Services Group.
He has a Bachelor of Science (Biological Sciences) from University of Exeter in the UK, and has completed the Wharton Advanced Management Programme from the University of Pennsylvania.
