Paul Axon

Paul Axon has over 30 years of business experience including 11 years in private equity.
As well as his role as a director of Banksia, Mr Axon is the chief executive of Coco Group - a family office private equity business. Prior to that, he was chief executive of Sykes Pumps from 2008-2011 until its sale to National Hire (a subsidiary of the Seven Group). He was also a corporate finance partner at MGI in Perth (now Nexia), a partner at BDO's Manchester office in the UK, and an owner of a corporate finance boutique Akumen.
Mr Axon holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmacy from the University of Manchester in England, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
