Paul Andrew has over 30 years of experience in the government and the not-for-profit sectors and has led numerous large organisations through restructures and significant changes.
Mr Andrew has been the director of people and culture at Catholic Education Western Australia since August 2023. Prior to that, he was the chief executive of Catholic Homes for just under 5 years where he led the organisation through new developments and change within the aged care sector, chief executive of Lotterywest, chief executive of Surf Life Saving WA for 10 years, and held senior roles at St John of God Health Care Murdoch and the Catholic Education Office WA.
Mr Andrew was also a director of the Western Australian Sports Federation, and past president of the City of Perth Surf Life Saving Club.
