Patrick Walta is principal of Stoker Consulting, which provides general business and technical consulting services to the mining and water treatment sectors.
In 2009, Mr Walta co-founded the Raging Bull Group of entities, targeting acquisition and 'economic rehabilitation' of historic mine sites via extraction of remnant mineralisation. The Raging Bull Group now manages interests in several mining and water treatment assets.
Mr Walta was executive director of Carbine Resources following the 2014 takeover of a subsidiary of the private mineral resources group Raging Bull Mining. He was chief executive of Cradle Resources and was responsible for the completion of the company's IPO and implementation of its successful mineral development strategy. This was achieved through activities including exploration program coordination, broker and investor marketing, continuous ASX & ASIC compliance, capital raising initiatives and project due diligence. These activities culminated in the acquisition of the Panda Hill Niobium Project in 2013 and subsequent successful takeover of the company.
