Patrick Flannigan has more than 25 years of infrastructure experience. He established Integrated Maintenance Services in 2000 and was the founding managing director and chief executive of Service Stream for six years from 2003. He then joined nbn as head of construction from 2009 to early 2011. In 2011, Mr Flannigan founded Utility Services Group and served as its chief executive and managing director until 30 June 2015 when the company was acquired by an ASX-listed company. Until late July 2016, Mr Flannigan held a board position at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. He has a business degree from Victoria University, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
