Pat Ryan is the chief executive of charitable organisation Dismantle and social enterprise firm ReNew Property Maintenance.
Prior to joining Dismantle in 2012, he worked with the Department for Child Protection's Crisis Accommodation where he was part of the team that looks after young people in extremely traumatising situations.
Mr Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural Science and has travelled regularly to the East Kimberley region of Western Australia to work with traditional owners, both on community-led projects and with youth services there.
