Osagie Imasogie has over 30 years of experience in law, finance and business management, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to co-founding PIPV Capital, a private equity firm focused on the life sciences space, Mr Imasogie conceptualised and established GlaxoSmithKline Ventures and led GSK Ventures in over 30 worldwide transactions, in which the team invested various GSK R&D non-progressed assets into various companies and/or as the basis of starting new companies. Prior to that, Mr Imasogie was the vice president for product development strategy at SmithKline Beecham; founding senior vice president for business development and general counsel at Endo Pharmaceuticals; vice president for international sales and marketing & general counsel to DuPont Merck's international manufacturing and generic drug divisions; and co-founder of Ception Therapeutics, Trigenesis Therapeutics, Iroko Pharmaceuticals, and iCeutica.
