Wesfarmers bids $21m for risk management firm
Diversified conglomerate Wesfarmers looks set to acquire risk management and compliance firm Greencap in an all-scrip takeover bid worth up to $21.2 million.
Olivier Chretien holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris, a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has been the managing director and chief executive of InvoCare since January 2021. Prior to that, Mr Chretien was the group chief strategy officer at Ramsay Health Care, held a range of senior executive and managing director roles at Wesfarmers between 2006 and 2017, and spent 9 years at BCG in France and Australia where he consulted to clients in the pharmaceuticals and travel & tourism services industries.
