Olivia Boyne has more than 10 years of experience in providing M&A and strategic advice to clients in public and private companies within the financial services, marine services, mining services, infrastructure, general industrials, and technology sectors.

Ms Boyne has been with Azure Capital since October 2015 and has been a director since July 2021. Prior to Azure, she worked at KPMG in its mergers and acquisitions team.

Ms Boyne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Corporate Finance and Investment Finance) and a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Marine Biology) from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
