Noelene Jennings PSM has over 35 years of experience in state and local government sectors.

She held senior roles at the former Department for Planning and Infrastructure, State Emergency Management Committee, and Cities of Perth and Wanneroo.

Ms Jennings also directly supports communities throughout Western Australia as a board member for Relationships Australia WA and the Lord Mayor's Distress Relief Fund.

In 2020, she was awarded a Public Service Medal for outstanding public service, particularly to local government in Western Australia.
