Big banks in 10-year Australia Post deal
Australia Post has entered new agreements with both the Commonwealth Bank and NAB, which will offer banking services in post offices for the next decade.

Nicole Sheffield has extensive experience in the media, marketing and digital industries. She is also a regular speaker and commentator on business, media and women’s issues.
Ms Sheffield has been the managing director of data & digital at Wesfarmers since November 2021. Prior to that, she was the executive general manager of community & consumer at Australia Post for 3 years where she was in-charge of delivering experiences across more than 4300 post offices, the customer contact centre and digital channels, brand, marketing, community and corporate social responsibility. She also held several influential leadership roles in print, broadcast and digital media including as chief digital officer of News Corp Australia and chief executive of NewsLifeMedia, leading the lifestyle publishing division.
Ms Sheffield is a director of Chief Executive Women and was chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Australia.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, and a Masters of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
