Nick Woolf is an accomplished biotechnology professional with over 25 years of experience in the investment banking and life sciences industry in Australia and internationally. He has a strong track record in structuring, negotiating and executing successful alliances, licensing agreements and M&A transactions as well as providing business development, management and strategic leadership to organisations.
Mr Woolf is also a qualified accountant, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Graduate Certificate in Management (with Distinction ) from the Australian Institute of Business, and has a BA (Honours) and MA in Chemistry from Oxford University.
