Nick Stagg has over 20 years of experience in general and commercial litigation. He has considerable experience running and managing large-scale litigation for significant corporate entities including mining, oil and gas companies, media organisations, statutory corporations, company directors and politicians.
Mr Stagg advises clients on a wide range of commercial disputes encountered by businesses on a daily basis, from contractual issues and disputes to cases of negligence and statutory compliance issues.
He has experience in administrative law, freedom of information laws, trade practices and commercial law, trust disputes and inheritance claims. Mr Stagg also has specialist experience in defamation and publication law.
