Long serving non-executive director John Gardner has retired from the board of Mincor Resources.

Nick Longmire has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 20 years in the mining and exploration industry within Australia and overseas.
Mr Longmire worked in a variety of accounting and commercial roles with Newmont Australia and WMC Resources. He was chief financial officer and company secretary of Sarama Resources, whose interests are in West Africa.
Mr Longmire holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
