Nick Foulkes has over two decades of experience in providing advice and solutions to clients on legal and commercial business issues including contracts, tenders, corporate governance and compliance. He has acted for government departments and agencies, public-listed companies, multinational companies and SMEs, the State of Western Australia and its major government trading entities, the UK Government and the UK Ministry of Defence.
Mr Foulkes has also worked on some of the most recognisable projects within the construction, defence and transport sectors nationally and internationally.
Mr Foulkes was a principal in a boutique law firm, an inhouse general counsel, and a senior associate at Herbert Smith Freehills for 5 years. He has been a partner of Piper Alderman's national projects, infrastructure and construction team since July 2023.
