Nick Di Latte is managing director and CEO of Diploma Group and managing director of Diploma Properties. He is responsible for strategic planning, growth strategies, joint venture partnerships and overall group performance. Mr Di Latte joined the company in 1996. He has been a director since 2005. Mr Di Latte has a great deal of experience in the property industry and his role includes liaising with clients with respect to new developments as well as involvement with site acquisitions and conceptualisation of commercial and residential projects through to completion. His role further includes the implementation of growth strategies. His multi-disciplinary leadership on projects such as Thaymas Apartments, West Perth, Arcadia Court, Subiaco, Ennis Tavern & Commercial Centre, Rockingham, Box Building Apartments, Perth CBD and Clarkson Commercial & Retail Centre, Clarkson, assists it to expand its business to the next level. Mr Di Latte holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law.
