Nic Osboine

Nic Osboine is a founding director of OP Properties and has experience within the property development and fund management industry at both project and board level across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, multi-unit residential, aged care and land developments. He is also one of the co-founders of Optic Property, established in July 2022 by the team at OP Properties to focus on off-the-plan project sales for apartment developers in Western Australia, and is the director of new business.

Mr Osboine also spent several years at senior management level, and as a board member of various property development projects, assets and related companies. He spent seven years as general manager of Osboine Investments, a third generation diversified private property investment group, and is actively involved with a number of property industry bodies including the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia.

Mr Osboine holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, Master of Architecture from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Property from Curtin University of Technology.
