Neil Chatfield has over 35 years of experience in transport, logistics and resource industries.
He worked for the Australian Coal Industry as chief financial officer with Cyprus Australia Coal Group and American Metals and Coal International Group. He also served various senior roles within TNT listed associated company, Mcllwraith McEacharn, during the eighties and early nineties. Mr Chatfield was the executive director and chief financial officer of Toll Holdings, Australia's largest transport and logistics company, a position he held for over 10 years. He was also chair and non-executive director of Seek and Costa Group Holdings, non-executive director of Iron Mountain Inc, chair of Launch Housing (a not-for-profit organisation), chair and non-executive director of Virgin Australia Holdings, non-executive director Recall Holdings and Grange Resources.
Mr Chatfield is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters of Business in Finance and Accounting from the University of Technology in Sydney, postgraduate diplomas in Information Technology and Accounting, Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Swinburne Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Business Studies from Footscray Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.
