Nathan James joined Georgiou Developments in 2018 having previously worked in the fields of valuation and commercial leasing. He was with a private Western Australian property development company for more than 10 years and was responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of commercial, residential and built-form projects. His experience spans a range of development types including rural, residential, industrial and commercial uses, with particular focus on mixed-used built-form and master-planned communities. Mr James is passionate about innovation and community development, in addition to delivering sustainable and economic projects that enhance surrounding natural environments and the community at large. As a senior development manager of Georgiou Developments, Mr James is responsible for implementing the company’s development strategy and overseeing the delivery of apartment, mixed-use and commercial projects.
