Major shift in law firm rankings
There has been a significant re-ranking of law firms in Perth over the past year, while the sector is also adapting to the impact of COVID-19 restrictions.
Nathan Ebbs has experience running commercial litigation for public and private companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals. He has appeared as an instructing solicitor and counsel in many high profile cases.
Mr Ebbs has been with Bennett + Co since July 2013 and is the managing principal and director of its commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice since October 2016. He is particularly proficient in the areas of competition and consumer law, Corporations Act matters, contractual disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability, mining and resources litigation.
Mr Ebbs has been a board member of disability support group Identitywa for over a decade, and was a council member of the Law Society of Western Australia for six years.
He was named in Doyle’s Guide from 2017-2020, listed again as a Leading Lawyer in the ‘Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyers – Western Australia’ in 2021, and included in the 2021 and 2022 editions of The Best Lawyers in Australia in the area of litigation.
