Natalie Mactier spent the first decade of her professional life in sales before becoming the inaugural marketing manager of SEEK.com.au in 2003.
After 6 years building the SEEK brand, she left to join new startup Kidspot where she helped scale the business into the leading parenting website in Australia. She was also part of the executive team who took the business to market to be acquired by News Corporation. Ms Mactier then became its chief executive following the acquisition.
In 2014, Ms Mactier was approached by Square Peg Capital to build an innovative online platform for private school vacancies, which led to the launch of School Places. She oversaw two funding rounds and offshore expansion. After over 4 years at School Place, Ms Mactier became the chief executive of global B2B SaaS organisation Vivi International in September 2018.
