Eight years after Diploma Group listed on the ASX, the Di Latte family is looking to buy back the business from shareholders.
Ardiden has appointed Bradley Boyle as executive director and Michael Stares as general manager – Canadian operations. Mr Boyle was formerly a managing director of Triton Minerals.
Diploma Group has announced the resignation of non-executive director Jason Ferris and company secretary Natalie De Felice. Salvatore Di Latte has been appointed non-executive director, and Nick Di Latte as company secretary.
The family behind collapsed building firm Diploma Group has emerged as the developer of a seaside apartment complex in Carnarvon, the first in the north-west town.
