Nancy Milne OAM has extensive business experience as a non-executive director and lawyer specialising in insurance, corporate governance, risk management and commercial dispute resolution. She also has significant experience in safety, compliance and property development.
She was a partner of Clayton Utz from 1997 to 2003 and a consultant until 2012, non-executive director of ALE Property Group, chair of the Securities Exchanges Guarantee Corporation, deputy chair of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority, director of Australand Property Group and Novion Property Group (now Vicinity Centres).
Ms Milne has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In 2008, she was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the legal sector and to the community.
