Mitesh Ramji has over 11 years' experience in corporate finance, specialising in transaction advisory services to the private equity and corporate sectors. He commenced his career in Zimbabwe and worked for 2 years in the UK prior to migrating to Australia in 2002. His main areas of focus are acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, pre-lend reviews, IARs, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modelling. Mr Ramji worked with clients across a variety of industries including energy and resources, manufacturing, aged care (including retirement villages), education, distribution, transport & logistics, and automotive (component manufacturing and motor dealerships). He joined Grant Thornton in 2008 and was their associate director prior to his appointment as partner in financial advisory in 2011.
