Mitch Artus offers clients extensive expertise in property, commercial and contract law. For more than 17 years, he has represented clients in relation to drafting and negotiating supply and service agreements, and infrastructure agreements relating to large off-shore development projects. His legal expertise is complemented by his past experience as chief accountant for a medium sized oil and gas company in Canada. Mr Artus has also been involved with substantial property and commercial acquisitions including many of Western Australia's landmark transactions where he has acted for large institutions, government departments and instrumentalities. He has also conducted training and workshops with executives and management of major clients on negotiation and preparation of contracts, tenders and outsourcing.
