Miles Kennedy has held directorships of Australian-listed resource companies for over 29 years. He has extensive experience in the management of public companies with specific emphasis in the resources industry.
Mr Kennedy was chair of Sandfire Resources NL when the DeGrussa discovery was made in April 2009. He was the founding chair of New Zealand gold miner Macraes Mining Co and developed the Macraes gold mine which has produced more than 3 million ounces of gold. He was also chair of Kimberley Diamond Co which developed the Ellendale diamond project before being taken over by Gem Diamonds for $320 million in 2007.
