Mike Sperinck has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry.
In 2004, Mr Sperinck started Luiri Gold, with an early-stage gold project in Zambia which he listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2006. He managed the company through the market crash of 2008 and in late 2009, the company dual-listed on the ASX with a JORC resource of 800,000 ounces. Prior to 2004, Mr Sperinck was at RSG Global where he carried out resource estimates, bankable due diligence studies and technical audits worldwide. He also spent many years working in Africa including being a member of the Randgold Resources executive team that took the Morila deposit from discovery to a plus 5 Moz gold mine in four years.
Mr Sperinck joined PCF Capital in 2011 and was the technical director until July 2021 when PCF merged with stockbroking and corporate finance firm Argonaut. Mr Sperinck became a shareholder and remains a technical director of the merged entity Argonaut PCF, a division within Argonaut.
