Michael Brown has over 25 years of experience in exploration, mining, energy, finance and capital markets.
He has held senior executive roles with Kinross Gold and Pacific Hydro and has local and international experience as an exploration and mine geologist. Prior to that, he was chief executive of Argentex Mining, a TSX-listed acquired by AGD.
He has experience in negotiating with local authorities, government agencies and communities; and worked in West Africa during his time with Kinross Gold.
