Michelle Rosenberg has 23 years of financial industry experience.
She has been the general counsel and company secretary of Janus Henderson Investors since 2018 and is responsible for global oversight of the legal and internal audit teams, represents the company with global regulators and industry groups, and serves on a number of management committees. Ms Rosenberg was previously a senior vice president, head of legal of North America, and deputy general counsel of Janus Capital Group.
Prior to Janus Henderson, Ms Rosenberg worked at Fidelity Management & Research Company where she supported various legal initiatives, particularly investment advisory and investment company issues.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law.
